This isn’t tied to any specific belief system, religion, or spiritual language. You don’t need to believe anything in particular. What matters is creating space to listen inwardly, beyond habit, fear, or self-judgment.

PAYMENT & STRUCTURE
Based on my values I offer my sessions on a sliding-scale basis, ranging from 100 to 200 EUR per session.
You are invited to choose a rate within this range that reflects your current financial situation. Many clients find it helpful to think of the range as:
a reduced rate during times of limited financial capacity
a standard rate for stable circumstances
a supporter rate for those who have more capacity and wish to help sustain access for others
All rates receive the same quality of presence, care, and commitment.
I deeply value client agency and autonomy, which is why I don’t require fixed contracts. Some people find structure and commitment supportive; others need more space and freedom. We can shape the work together in a way that fits your life and your nervous system. We can talk and decide on a structure that feels supportive for you.

My Role as a Therapist
My role is to create a space that is safe, attuned, and loving enough for you to reconnect with your own inner knowing — the place inside you that already carries wisdom, direction, and truth, even if it doesn’t feel accessible yet.
I’m not here to lead your journey, fix you or to be the one who “knows better.”
